Terms and Conditions – Camping Panorama

  1. Reservation and Payment
    A reservation is valid after the reservation form has been submitted and confirmed by e-mail. Payment can be made online via the payment gateway (Stripe) or in cash on site (if available).
  2. Cancellation Conditions
    Cancellation of a reservation is free of charge up to 7 days before the planned arrival date. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged according to the current price list.
  3. Rights and Obligations of Visitors
    Visitors are required to comply with the campsite’s operating rules and the instructions of the staff. The operator is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or failure to observe the rules.
  4. Complaints
    All complaints must be addressed without delay on site or by e-mail to info@camping-panorama.cz.
  5. Personal Data Protection
    All information regarding data processing is provided in the Privacy Policy.
